Krawk Island, about 80 miles south of the larger [[Mystery Island]], was named because of its strange inhabitants, the [[Krawk|Krawks]]. Meercas are energetic [[Wikipedia:Mouse|mouse]]-like or [[Wikipedia:Beaver|beaver]]-like,fun loving Neopets who love playing tricks on others and eating neggs. They are super fast which makes it very hard to catch one, and prone to being pranksters. Though many Neopets have tails, Meercas are the only ones with a tail many times larger than their body. They were first released on February 7, 2001 making Meercas the 40th Neopets species.

The '''Skeith''' is a [[Wikipedia:Gargoyle|gargoyle]]-like [[Neopet]], and one of the original 14 when [[Neopets]] began on November 15, 1999. As one of the largest Neopets of [[Neopia]], they are quite strong but also lazy, preferring to get smaller creatures to do things for them. Skeiths are capable of eating anything, including [[Battledome Equipment]], [[furniture]], [[Petpet]]s, [[Petpetpet]]s, [[codestone]]s, [[dubloon]]s and [[Paint Brush]]es, an ability which only Skeiths and [[Grarrl]]s have. This makes it very easy to keep your Skeith well fed, as users can simple feed their Skeith items they wish to get rid of.
In fact, when a Skeith is hungry and its owner visits the [[Quick Ref]] page, it may snatch and consume an item from the user's [[inventory]]. When it does this, it becomes bloated. While they can eat anything, Skeiths come down with [[Disease|Neezles]] when fed anything with the word ''cheese''.

Resembling a type of dragon, the Skeith is adorned with spikes and wings, and while these wings can support a Skeith's weight, it is likely some Skeiths have difficulty flying due to their large bulk and the small size of the wings themselves. Skeiths also do not appear particularly aerodynamic.

==Overview==
Right at the appearance of the Kyrii, they began to make friends due to their friendly and easy going nature. Always on the lookout for new places to explore, Kyrii like to travel together in packs, but get along with other Neopets as well. They take pride in the condition of their hair, and if it gets dirty a Kyrii will get very upset. Kyrii also have an allergy to any [[food]] with the word "apple" in it, and come down with [[Itchy Scratchies]] if they eat any.

In the official description of the Kyrii, it's said the "Kyrii appeared in Neopia one day without any notice." This is not the case however, as it was noticed by the many owners of Fuzio. This has been left in the description as either a joke from [[The Neopets Team]] or to simplify the Neopet description for users new to Neopets.

The Kyrii was originally known as the '''Fuzio''', one of the first Neopets created. Named "Fuzio" probably due to it being a ball of fluff similar to the [[JubJub]], but with floating, detached sneakers and gloves (similar in design to the character [[Wikipedia:Rayman (character)|Rayman]]). The design of the current Kyrii was voted upon by users and was finalized on February 9, 2001 (design #4 of 5 different designs, which received over 30,000 votes). All Fuzio in Neopets were then replaced with the new design, all Fuzio colours being replaced with Kyrii versions. It's unknown why the redesign took place, if it was due to copyright issues or an outdated design. The only famous Fuzio in Neopia before the redesign was [[David Fuzio]], founder of ''Yippee!'' on the [[Stock Market]] along with [[Jubjub Yang]].

Both Gelerts #5 and #2 officially won (although the joke design, #3, actually had the most votes) so the two designs were combined and the final version (released on [http://www.neopets.com/nf.phtml?nf_date=2001-11-26 29th November 2001]) has not changed since.

==About the Gelert==
The Gelert is a distant cousin to the [[Lupe]] and are the embodiment of all that is fun and goofy.

They are joyous creatures, with a love of anyone and everything. If you are suffering from a long day at work, there is nothing better than coming home to a Gelert, who will do anything possible to make your day a happier day.

Legend and myth have been written about the brave deeds of Gelerts and such stories have made Gelerts a household name. If anything, their love of children make them excellent baby sitters. However, don't let their fun-loving nature fool you; like their Lupe cousins they're fiercely protective of their friends and family.

==The Grave of the Greyhound==
The Gelert is said to be based on the dog in the poem 'The Grave of the Greyhound' or 'Beth Gelert', where a greyhound, called Gelert, was slain by his master when he discovered the dog, covered in blood, at his infant's cradle. It later turned out that the blood was not of the master's son but that of a wolf who had tried to kill the boy, and that Gelert had really been protecting his master's heir.

==About the Gelert==
The Gelert is a distant cousin to the [[Lupe]] and are the embodiment of all that is fun and goofy.

They are joyous creatures, with a love of anyone and everything. If you are suffering from a long day at work, there is nothing better than coming home to a Gelert, who will do anything possible to make your day a happier day.

Legend and myth have been written about the brave deeds of Gelerts and such stories have made Gelerts a household name. If anything, their love of children make them excellent baby sitters. However, don't let their fun-loving nature fool you; like their Lupe cousins they're fiercely protective of their friends and family.

==The Grave of the Greyhound==
The Gelert is said to be based on the dog in the poem 'The Grave of the Greyhound' or 'Beth Gelert', where a greyhound, called Gelert, was slain by his master when he discovered the dog, covered in blood, at his infant's cradle. It later turned out that the blood was not of the master's son but that of a wolf who had tried to kill the boy, and that Gelert had really been protecting his master's heir.

The '''Ixi''' is a [[wikipedia:Deer|deer]]-like [[Neopet]], released on July 11, 2002. They originally come from [[Meridell]], although you may find Ixi all over [[Neopia]].

The Ixi are hardy forest and wood creatures that are renowned for their cunning and intelligence. Their speed is also something to be marveled at as watching them leap and bound through the forest is a sight to see. Initially, they may appear shy, but they are always willing to lend a hand should anything wrong occur around them. However, if you enter their habitat with bad intentions, be wary as you are forewarned that they are the masters of the wood, and will not tolerate such ill intentions.

Until the introduction of the [[Yurble]] on July 2004, the Ixi enjoyed the status of newest species for almost two years. They were first released as [[Limited Edition]] but now are available to adopt at any time.

Ogrin are considered shy creatures, due to their reserved nature and the fact that they originally lived alone. However, they are very talkative after they are used to their surroundings and they can maintain intelligent conversation for hours on end.

A little over 2,000 exist in Neopia, due to the unique methods to create one. However, this number only reflects the number of Krawks that were created and not any pets that have been obtained by using a potion or the [[Lab Ray]], so the actual number is much higher and unknown.

The Krawk is the only species in existence that are [[Petpet]] mutations. One day, an owner took his Neopet to the [[Fungus Cave]] on [[Krawk Island]]. The Neopet in question also brought along his Petpet, which was incidentally a [[Krawk (petpet)|Krawk]]. When the petpet ate the fungus, it slowly mutated into a full-grown Krawk.

However, when news got out about this, the price of the unpopular Krawk Petpet skyrocketed. As of April 2006 they were worth over 4.5 million [[Neopoint]]s, and the Krawk is one of the most coveted pets on the site. Many consider it a status symbol pet, since a person would need to be either very rich or very lucky to have one.

The '''Krawk''' is a [[wikipedia:crocodile|crocodile]]-like [[wikipedia:reptile|reptilian]] Neopet. According to the [http://www.neopets.com/topneopets.phtml Neopian Popularity] list, it is the rarest [[Neopet]] in [[Neopia]]. A little over 2,000 exist in Neopia, due to the unique methods to create one. However, this number only reflects the number of Krawks that were created and not any pets that have been obtained by using a potion or the [[Lab Ray]], so the actual number is much higher and unknown.

The Krawk is the only species in existence that are [[Petpet]] mutations. One day, an owner took his Neopet to the [[Fungus Cave]] on [[Krawk Island]]. The Neopet in question also brought along his Petpet, which was incidentally a [[Krawk (petpet)|Krawk]]. When the petpet ate the fungus, it slowly mutated into a full-grown Krawk.

However, when news got out about this, the price of the unpopular Krawk Petpet skyrocketed. As of April 2006 they were worth over 4.5 million [[Neopoint]]s, and the Krawk is one of the most coveted pets on the site. Many consider it a status symbol pet, since a person would need to be either very rich or very lucky to have one.

Classified by scientists as a Neopet and a Petpet, this lizard-like creature loves mischief and it is a common sight to see a shop keeper chase a Krawk down the street while the Krawk runs away with a string of sausages in its claws laughing gleefully. Also a seasoned fighter, this Neopet's outgoing nature and natural fighting ability make it a prime candidate for [[Battledome]] veterans.

All snowballs are single use weapons, which means they disappear after one use. Despite how many are used, there is always a strong supply of snowballs in Neopia. The drawback of being a single use item is balanced by the large numbers of icons most snowballs do. Snowballs that do four to six icons of damage can be found for only a few NP on the [[Shop Wizard]]. The low price and high damage snowballs can do make them popular with lower to mid level pets for an easy win.

Some of the more popular snowballs with Battledomers are the Sticky Snowball, which does 11-15 icons of damage in total, the Snow Mudball, which does 11-14 icons in total, and the Exploding Snowball, which does 7-10 icons of damage in total. Even more, when the wand generates snowball, the combatant must wait until the next term to use it. Taking two turns to use a weak snowball just isn't effective.

Another snowball generator that is actually very popular with low level Battledomers is the Snowglobe Staff, which has a chance of generating a Yellow Snowball when used. The generating ability is not the cause of its popularity, however: the Snowglobe Staff has around a 20% chance of [[Freeze|freezing]] the opponent. The method i would use: I would save the "clean" version of the talk pages (which have not been used for anything except vandalism and letting people know about it to begin with), and delete the talk page. would then recreate it with the clean talk page. all the revisions would still be saved for us admins to look over (deleted as they are), and the new history would be clean slate. I think it's better than having over 250 revisions of xanax and other spammed edit summaries confusing people...yes, there have been over 250 vandalisms on the armada page. :(

Yes, we ''are'' following the [[NeoDex:Categorization|categorization rules]] set. Individual games will not be labelled with the "Games" category, but all the sub-categories (action, puzzle, etc.) of game types it belongs to ([[Scourge of the Lab Jellies]] is a "board game" and "puzzle"). Only if there is no sub-category for it to go in should a game be placed in the games category. Game articles which already have the games category attached to them are that way because they haven't been taken off yet.
