The '''Uni''' is a species of [[Neopet]] named and modelled after the [[Wikipedia:Unicorn|unicorn]] but with the addition of a pair of wings inspired by the mythical [[Wikipedia:Pegasus|Pegasus]] making it an Alicorn-like Neopet. They were released on November 15, 1999 as one of the original Neopets on the site.

Unis are typically portrayed as being very vain creatures that spend hours of each day combing their manes, admiring their reflections, and constantly making sure that they look their best at all times. Though wary of getting their hooves dirty, Unis are very inquisitive Neopets that adore nature and [http://www.neopets.com/tcg/displayCard.phtml?edid=2&id=104 making friends] most of all.
