Balthazar is known for being a Lupe that hunts for faeries that glow with light. Balthazar carries a woven net, few empty jars and has a sharp grin. Balthazar stalks and watches out for his prey through leaves in the bushes at night, covering and camouflage to not be seen by any faerie. The faeries are unaware of Balthazar, Balthazar cleverly times him self for their capture, not making one sound. All the faeries carelessly fluttering without a worry. After time passes, Balthazar's back hair rises, his eyes glowing red and his teeth shining like the moonlight and effortlessly he swoosh his net. Capturing many prize faeries at the same time, some lucky faeries manage to flee to the top of the trees and all look so shocked wondering who could be the beast. As he captured his faeries he has done his work for the night, many Faeries vanished into the forest where they belonged.

King Kelpbeard is a ruler of New Maraqua. Pronounced as king kelp-beerd.
During the Old Maraqua era he has defeated Captain Scarblade who has threatened his people. The pirates angered at King Kelpbeard for standing up for Maraqua and against Captain Scarblade. The pirates attacked on Maraqua and many times. Maraqua was destroyed, and its people scattered.

Years later, King Kelpbeard oversaw the rebuilding of Maraqua in a secret location. King Kelpbeard became old and wiser, he has organized armies to protect New Maraqua and surface dwellers to never discover it. King Kelpbeard has ordered the people to not interact with those of the surface and he believed it was for the better.

New Maraqua was discovered and the time King Kelpbeard and his army had the strength to defend their kingdom (with little help). Maraqua now trades with surface once again. King Kelpbeard will not forget the fateful day so many years ago.
