A Petpetpet is a small insect similar to fleas or other such creatures which act as pets for a Petpet. Many of them resemble insects, leading many to believe that these critters are actually parasites of Petpets, much like real-world fleas and ticks. As of May 31, 2006, there are 30 Petpetpets in existence.

Petpetpets are usually expensive, and are often viewed as a status symbol. The Petpetpet article of the Neopets Help section says, "Petpetpets are usually found by your Petpet. Very rarely, Petpets are able to catch one of these elusive little bugs in their mouth, and happily bring them back to their owners." If the sole source of the Petpetpets is indeed a random event, that would certainly help explain their rarity, and hence their high prices.

Once obtained, a Petpetpet can attach itself to a Petpet by following these guidelines...

#The Petpet that will become the host of the Petpetpet to is attached to the users active Neopet.
#The Petpetpet is in their inventory.
#Refreshing the inventory until the Petpetpet disappears.

Assuming the disappearance was not the fault of the Pant Devil, the Petpetpet should now be attached to the Petpet of the users active Neopet.

If user wants to remove the Petpetpet, all they need to do is unequip the Petpet, which is achieved by clicking on the Petpet on the users Quick Ref page and selecting "Stop Playing with (Petpet's name)." The Petpetpet will then be gone, with no way of retrieving it, making is a difficult action to take, and must make sure it's what they really want to go through.
Neopets: The Darkest Faerie
:Main Article: Neopets: The Darkest Faerie

King Skarl knights a young Lupe named Tormund as a reward for saving Cogham. He grabs a sword and orders Tormund to kneel down. As he placed the blade on Tor's shoulder, he says,"For bravery befitting a defender of Meridell and for the good of the kingdom, I do dub thee sir......? sir......? Well, spit it out boy, what's your name?!?" Tormund gives the king his name and King Skarl dubs him "Sir Tormund", knight of third class and places the blade of the sword over both Tor's shoulders. Tormund is finally a knight! After this, a Techo messenger came to the king to tell him that Illusen is being attacked by the Werelupe King. King Skarl doesn't believe this and orders the guards to throw him into the moat, but as the guards are dragging the poor Techo away, the Techo mentioned the dark clouds. The guards now relize that the Techo was right. They too, had seen the Darkest Faerie's clouds, but think Illusen was the one who created them. King Skarl orders for the knights to go to Illusen's Glade to help her. Tormund must now get rest. After his nap though, the Old Knight, a.k.a. King Altador, sends Tormund to Illusen's Glade because the knights have not returned. Tormund saves the knights and defeates Gnarfas, but the Werelupe King stole Illusen's charm and the dark clouds put Illusen into a deep sleep. Unfortunately, the clouds have also got to Meridell castle! Tormund goes back to the castle, only to find dark clouds above it. He rushes in, avoids the monsters, and makes it into the king's throne room. The Darkest Faerie, the Dark Faerie Sisters, and a possesed King Skarl are in there. Tormund looks at the king and relizes that the clouds drive neopets mad, but Tor is safe because the amulet he wears protects him. Neopets under control of the clouds can't control their actions. They can only do what the Faeries tell them, as if they were puppets on strings. The Faeries see and attack Tor. He escapes the Faeries and the castle and ends up washed up on the beaches of Brightvale. Later on in the adventure, after Tormund and Roberta make it through Meridell castle and into the king's chambers, Roberta defeates the Dark Faerie Sisters. She then uses Fyora's Rod to get King Skarl out of possession. King Skarl sees Roberta and takes the rod from her. The king blasts magic from the rod to rid his kingdom of the dark clouds. King Skarl wags his tail in happiness and gives all the credit to himself and Tormund, while Roberta gets mad. Skarl didn't seem to know that Roberta helped, nor did he recognize her as his niece because she lives in Brightvale and he hasn't seen her for quite a while. Roberta doesn't seem to know that she is Skarl's niece either. Her other uncle, Hagan, is Skarl's brother.

Definition
Noob is the conjugation of the word "Newbie", and n00b is the leet (1337) restructuring of it to take into account the zeros-for-o transformation. N00b, as opposed to "newbie" is usually used as an insult, with the intention of the subject of the term being refered to as someone who is not only new to the game but also immature and/or naieve. The term is often used to mean "stupid" for this reason.

Common Usage
A lousy player beyond all levels. A n00b is the constant bane of all sane Neopets users. N00bs are not as the name may suggest, new players to Neopets, new players are called Newbies. a n00b could play Neopets for years and still be a n00b. N00bs can be Divided into 3 catagories.

Spamming N00bs
A spamming n00b is a very annyoing kind of of n00b. A lot of them use Chatspeak, an odd variation of English that is very annoying, hard to read, and hurts your eyes. They create off-topic boards on the NeoBoards that usually get them frozen. They are found on all boards but are highly concentrated on the newbie boards, as are all n00bs.

Item n00bs
These n00bs ask to borrow or have a rare Item/Neopet. They ask if they can have an expensive item like a Paint Brush or an Avatar item. Very rarely do they get what they ask for, but on occasion they get lent the avatar item, and sometimes never return it. They are found mostly on the Avatar, Battledome, and Help NeoBoards, but can be found on any board.
