Not one to hide her accomplishments, Hannah is known to seek adventure and treasure wherever it may be. In fact, her affixiation with treasure is thought, at times, to verge on obsessive. In the past she worked as a barmaid in [[The Golden Dubloon]] but tired of the routine. She has since traversed through dangerous pirate caves in search of gems, trekked across the [[Lost Desert]], been cursed by an ancient tomb, and joined forces with [[Armin]] and [[Kanrik]] in defeating the [[Bringer of Night]].

Despite being rejected by the [[Maraquan]]s, Caylis was instrumental in defeating [[Captain Scarblade]] and his pirate forces. She came to be appreciated by the Maraquan community but opted to live alone elsewhere.
