The Zombie colour for Neopets was released on October 25, 2007, approximately one year after [[The Tale of Woe]] [[plot]] ended. Users can change the colour of their Neopets to Zombie by using a ''Zombie [[Paint Brush]]'' [[item]] at the [[The Rainbow Pool|Rainbow Pool]]. In addition, the [[Treasure Maps#Secret Laboratory|Lab Ray]] also has a random chance of turning the colour of a user's Neopet to Zombie. Users also have the choice of changing their Neopets's colour to Zombie when they complete a [[Rainbow Fountain|Fountain Faerie Quest]]. Lastly, a Neopet's colour can be changed to Zombie by using an appropriate [[Morphing Potion]].

Candy is one of the many [[colours]] that users can paint their [[Neopets]]. Candy pets resemble traditional candies, such as sour gummies, candy canes, etc.

The Candy colour was first released on February 24th 2017, having won the Paint Wars poll (with [[Marble]] being the runner-up). Users can change the colour of their Neopets to Candy by using a Candy Paint Brush item at the [[Rainbow Pool]]. In addition, the Lab Ray also has a random chance of turning the colour of a user's Neopet to Candy. The JubJubs' body is a ball of fur with no arms or hands, just a large pair of feet. The JubJub's design - a ball with feet - is similar to the [[Kiko]]'s design - a ball with arms. There are two [[colour]]s that only JubJubs and Kikos can be painted - [[Clay]] and [[Garlic]]. The JubJub is also the only Neopet that can be painted [[Coconut]], where they resemble some members of the [[Coco people]].
