: None of this was explained. From her [http://www.neopets.com/neopedia.phtml?neopedia_id=118 Neopedia] article, I'd guess she held a grudge against Coltzan for refusing to send an army after her enemy, and hoped Vyssa would see things her way. Brynn was sent to [[Faerieland]] to investigate the crisis involving the petrification of the Faeries. Although surprised to see the thief Hanso at the scene of the crime, she asked the other with her to hear his story. She was upset once she learned he was part of the problem when he stole some magic items from a scholar named [[Xandra]], and sold one of them to [[Hubrid Nox]].

Inside Castle Nox, Brynn caught up with Hanso, who snuck in a secret passage to find Nox. The villain escaped, at which point, Brynn had accused Hanso of letting him go. They soon put their argument on hold and used a nearby control panel to liberate the heroes.

During her return to Brightvale, she reluctantly imprisoned Hanso in the castle dungeon while finding a means to save Faerieland. She came across a rare book she lent to Hanso before shadowy creatures stormed the city walls. She was captured by the creatures and was taken to a cave outside Brightvale. She, Xandra, and Hanso helped the captives within and escaped the cave. Seeing a map in the book, they traveled to an old ruin where they found an artefact, similar to the one Hanso stole from Xandra.

They reunited with King Altador and the others in the Haunted Woods, where Brynn informed the king with grim news that the crisis has transcended beyond Faerieland and was affecting Neopia.

She and Hanso helped Xandra with the spell that they hoped would save the Faeries. Instead, she and Hanso were horrified to learn the spell had petrified their allies. Worst of all, they found out that Xandra was responsible for everything that had happened, including the Faeries' plight and the floating kingdom's crash into the ground. Brynn was reprimanded by Xandra that "not everything is as black and white" as she believes, and that the Faeries had to be dealt with "for the good of Neopia". She and Hanso were given an offer to help Xandra "rebuild" Neopia, but she immediately refused. However, despite her effort to convince Hanso to help her stop the mad witch, she was shocked to see Hanso seemingly accept.

Much to Brynn's surprise, however, Hanso swiped the small artefact from Xandra before he tossed it to Brynn, telling her to destroy it. She hesitated in the confusion, giving Xandra enough time to try to summon the artefact back. Hanso grabbed it before telling Brynn to run, while the enraged Xweetok follows suit.

She finally learned that Hanso has come up with a desperate plan to stop Xandra, but hears that she won't like the result. While he dealt with the witch, she faced a summoned giant Wraith called Oblivion until Hanso made his move. Oblivion was wiped out and the skies cleared. However, the Kougra knight was shocked to see the end result Hanso warned her about, as both he and Xandra were turned to stone

Thanks to a recovered Fyora, however, Hanso was freed from the effect. Brynn kissed him on the cheek, glad to see he was okay.

But most horrifying of all, Xandra killed the once-infamous Hubrid Nox. A moment of silence for him, please.

The monsters are all mutated townspeople; the tall yellow wocky, the huge green kacheek, a purple and white techo, and a brown guy who is either a yurble or an acara.
The levels are called (in order); "The Backwoods", "Haunted Hunt", "Amazing Maze", "Hide-N-Seek", "The Gauntlet", "Treetop Terror", "Neovian Nightmare", " Point Of No Return*", "Corridor Chaos", "Platform Panic", "The Tunnels", and lastly, "Chamber Of Horrors".
Point Of No return is harder than the others, you have to 'dig' through the ground by jumping and pausing repeatedly. Or at least, that's how I do it.

==How to play==
After escaping deep into the [[Haunted Woods]], Bruno begin to collect potions and bring them back to his cave while dodging the townspeople of Neovia. Bruno can be moved ''left'' of ''right'' by the accompaning arrow keys, and jumps with the ''spacebar''. Bruno collects potions by walking over them, and can deposit them (one at a time or all at once) at his cave by pressing the ''spacebar'' while standing near it. Pressing the "P" button on the keyboard will also pause the game.

Each level is built so that it repeats itself into every direction, giving the user the possibility to run through it until the level is conquered or the user has lost all their lives. Some levels also contain walls which can be jumped through by stepping into the bricks and jumping or stepping into the desired direction.

Assorted cursed villagers wander the levels, some walking back and forth across ledges while others will jump and fall off ledges. Should Bruno come close to them, they will throw a rock in his direction, which will knock Bruno unconscious, and the user loses a life and starts the level over. The user has a total of three lives, and gameplay end when the user loses all three lives or completes the game.

Points are gained by potions being dropped off at the cave, with a bonus given for more potions dropped off all at once. Due to the fixed amount of potions in the 12 levels of the game, the maximum score the user can achieve is 5180. Because of this, the high score table is flooded with users who have achieved the highest score, making each day's trophy winners random.

He recommends this miracle potion to his family, whose wishes are also granted, and soon the entire town is purchasing potions from Mr Krawley.

However, the potion worked too well and the town's desires became horribly distorted. Bruno became a monstrous [[Gelert]], and, not finding Mr. Krawley, the entire town held what had happened to them as Bruno's, and by extension, his family's, fault. While Bruno made a distraction, his brother Reginald took Sophie, one of the few who did not want the potion, to the forest to find her protection in the form of the [[Earth Faerie]] [[Ilere]]. Bruno was chased from the town, and the towns people called on [[The Spirit of Slumber]] to remove the curse, but to terrible consequences: they only appeared in the town on the night of Halloween, as spectral, unreacting forms of their former selves.

Ten years later, [[Gilly]], when fleeing from Bruno's sister Sophie who had grown into a powerful swamp witch, entered Bruno's cave and set a trap for him, scared of the monstrous thing that stalked in the dark. Bruno joins Gilly and convinces Sophie to try and restore [[Neovia]]. After finding the name of the Spirit of Slumber in life, they call upon him and he undoes his spell on the Neovians. They return, however, in their monster forms.

After some trials, which included Bruno having to endure to some less-than-desirable side-effects of testing several potions, the correct reversing formula is prepared and given to the town in their water supply. Bruno, however, when he took the potion, did not revert back to his unaltered self: he had been under the effect of Mr. Krawley's concoction too long. Sophie was sad but Bruno said that he had gotten used to how he looked.

The next day, she becomes worried because none of the other staff had returned from [[Neovia]] that day, probably because they were under [[Mr. Krawley]]'s curse. 8 days later, Dr. Valus returned from a trip to Neovia, reporting that all the town inhabitants had vanished into thin air. Miles had to help keep the insane Neopets that live in Meepit Oaks under control, and several times an inmate had almost broken free. The staff sent for help, and that night Dr. Edward Alexander came, who is believed to be [[Mr. Krawley]]. He gave the inmates a potion that calmed them, and Lucy seemed to be in love with both Dr. Alexander and Dr. Valus. Dr. Alexander gave her a magic flower, which in the future would serve as the main ingredient to cure the mutated townspeople. The next morning, Dr. Valus noticed the flower nurse Lucy had and asked her were she had gotten it. She told him it was from Dr. Alexander, and that made him jealous, distracting him from his work. While feeding one of the inmates, he was not paying attention and the inmate broke free of his restraints, although he claimed he did not cause it to escape. Dr. Alexander was nowhere to be seen. They all searched for him, Lucy fretting, but when they returned from their fruitless search they discovered that many more of the inmates had broken loose. (I think Dr Alexander released them). Before they could escape, the inmates got them, and Lucy was thrown into a cell. Unable to escape the cell and still holding the flower, she died of hunger and thirst.

Ten years later, Mr. Krawley led [[Gilly]] to the old Sanitorium, were she found the skeleton of Lucy, the unwilted flower Dr. Alexander gave her in her torn shirt pocket. Gilly takes it and Sophie reconizes it as the final ingredient to her potion to cure the townspeople.

Users had to get all five of Lucy's journal pages from the Sanitorium and read them. They also had to get a key from Doctor Valus' shirt pocket, and distract Miles' Zomutt before reaching the cell door, which TNT claims is covered in rust, they could grab the last piece of the journal entry.

During the LDP, the Nightsteed's non-cursed form, a [[blue]] Uni, was shown only once, in their debut into the comic. When Jazan cast the spell to make Sakhmet go into an alternate dimension, the Nightsteed's true form was revealed, as was Jazan's cursed form. When Nabile and Tomos first entered Qasala, the Nightsteed was told to hunt them down. When the plot was resolved and the cursed citizens of Qasala were returned to their original state, the Nightsteed did not change back. When Jazan asked why he had not changed back, the Nightsteed simply replied, "I don't know, maybe I had been cursed for too long."
