The '''Yurble''' is a bear-like type of [[Neopet]] that was released on May 28, 2004 (the 47th species to be released). They are distinguishable by their prominent mane, rolled ears, and stout body. Yurbles are curious and fun-loving Neopets that will eat just about anything, enjoying the search through the undergrowth for food. Due to their thick fur, Yurbles dislike getting wet. Their curled ears always remain curled unless they are injured.

In the [[Neopets TCG|Neopets Trading Card Game]], they are associated with the element of Earth.

The '''Usul''' is a [[Wikipedia:Squirrel|squirrel]]-like [[Neopet]] released on November 15, 1999 as one of the original Neopets on the site. Usuls are loyal and friendly pets who prefer to live in trees. During cold weather, Usuls are the first to share their food with friends. They also enjoy grooming, and are very proud of being Usuls (the default Usul petpage mentions "Usul Power!" several times).

The Usul began to receive large attention on June 7, 2001, with the release of [[Usuki Doll]]s and [[Usukiland]], an [[item]] type and [[shop]] which focuses solely on Usul-type items. The Usul can also be painted the ''Usuki'' [[colour]], which is unique to the Usul with the '''Usuki [[Paint Brush]]'''. Because of its affiliation with Usuki, the Usul is to date the most featured Neopet in all of the items in Neopets, with newer Usuki being added every year, including on August 20, the ''Annual Usuki Doll Convention''. The name possibly comes from a mix of the words "usagi" (meaning rabbit in Japanese) and "squirrel".

The '''Uni''' is a species of [[Neopet]] named and modelled after the [[Wikipedia:Unicorn|unicorn]] but with the addition of a pair of wings inspired by the mythical [[Wikipedia:Pegasus|Pegasus]] making it an Alicorn-like Neopet. They were released on November 15, 1999 as one of the original Neopets on the site.

Unis are typically portrayed as being very vain creatures that spend hours of each day combing their manes, admiring their reflections, and constantly making sure that they look their best at all times. The '''Shoyru''' is a small [[wikipedia:dragon|dragon]]-like Neopet originally created by a user in a "Create-A-Pet" competition run on the site and then released on April 20, 2000. Since that time, their basic design has remained relatively unchanged. The Shoyru's original side profile had created the misconception that they only had a [[wiktionary:cyclops|single eye]]. This was remedied slightly with the introduction of [[Neopets 2.0]] in 2007.

Despite being draconic in appearance, Shoyrus do not have the ability to breathe fire unlike other dragon-inspired Neopets such as [[Draik]]s and [[Scorchio]]s. They are however described as fiery in terms of their personality - being loyal to those that treat them kindly but never forgiving of those that don't.

Shoyrus are fantastic flyers that love to soar through the skies and play [http://www.neopets.com/tcg/displayCard.phtml?edid=1&id=32 hide and seek] in the clouds. The '''Kiko''' is an [[Wikipedia:Amphibian|amphibious]] [[Neopet]] and one of the original Neopets created on November 15, 1999. Kikos could originally be adopted at any time but became [[Limited Edition]] around the time Kiko Lake was introduced. A warning was given about the change on [http://www.neopets.com/nf.phtml?nf_date=2003-07-07 July 10, 2003], when 990,950 Kikos were created. Kikos come in a variety of colours, and are one of the few Neopets who can be painted in different food items, such as ''Chokato'' (with the [[Chia]]) and ''Garlic'', colours which come easily to the Kiko due its shape. They are also one of the of the few Neopets which have access to more than one [[Lab Ray]] exclusive colour, with ''Clay'' and ''Garlic'' (shared with the [[Jubjub]]).

Kikos come from [[Kiko Lake]] and other aquatic regions of [[Neopia]], capable of breathing underwater (though they can still travel on land). They have the appearance of a sphere, bearing only two arms. Their arms are used to travel in the water, enabling them to travel at high speeds. It is known from the official Neopets description that they are just as happy on land as in water, however, they dislike very dry places and need to be near water when young. To move about on land, Kikos bounce around like the [[Blumaroo]], but can also float in the air without any visible source of propulsion, similar to the [[Peophin]]. A notable feature of Kikos is the bandage they have on their head. How it came to be on the Kiko and what its purpose is unknown. Due to the similarity of a Kiko's appearance and a [[Wikipedia:Ball|rubber ball]], the patch could perhaps be a "quick fix", similar as to how people fixed air filled rubber balls in real life.
