2) Triple Choco-Strawberry Cake and 189 NP (cost 69k, which is more than I wanted to pay, but since I made more than that overnight selling stuff for this event, I splurged)
3) Red Kyrii Plushie and 112 NP (hmm... A 100k item. I'll see how my shop does. I'm not pulling from the bank for this. Edit: Shop till had 174k in it! Guess I'll splurge again so I can stop fretting over this task.) And I got the Time For Tea avatar!
4) X (and that one is entirely too much even if I feel like splurging... Two away from the next achievement, but it'll have to wait)
5) Tree Climbing for Beginners and 163 NP (5 NP!)
6) Honey Tea (Vocal Soother) and 187 NP (5k)

And I actually managed to get all 5 and the third achievement! I'm not stressing about this part of the plot anymore. If I can get the items easily, I'll do them, and I'll stop by again when I'm doing something else, but no more timers for this.

Yeah, them throwing an avatar into this mess was ridiculous. I'm still trying to help bring the prices down by undercutting other people - and on some items, it's actually working. I repriced several things multiple times, dropping the lowest 3-5 peoples prices multiple times as they undercut me. Some of them, they've now come down multiple hundreds of thousands of NPs, woot! (But I know that dropping something from 999,999 to 200k is still not a 100% win.)

There are, however, people griping about anyone who isn't just handing items away for nothing that they have stored in their SDBs. There are some people who are doing this...but it doesn't help those that don't have access to the places that it's being done, or don't have neoboard access, etc. The prices have to drop somehow. For the Faerie Festival, I did give away some stupidly expensive items. It didn't help the inflation, though...and since this thing is likely going to last for who knows how long, we've got to get the prices down somehow. Restocking them and undercutting other people on the SW or pulling them out of SDBs and undercutting other people on the SW is slowly working, but it's going to be an uphill battle. Either TNT needs to make the item request pool absolutely massive, or they need to start handing out the items in it somehow - through battledome drops, or prizes for the other games, or daily quest prizes, or SOMETHING. This whole mess is going to seriously cut down on the number of kitchen quests I can do, too, ugh.

Today... Jumped in a little early to give myself more time to "reset" because I still need 2 more to finish the accomplishment.

1. Snow Mint Tea... SW = 300k on up... Grr. Actually had one in my SDB 5 points, 200NP and a Kyrii Explorer (TCG)
2. Jam Spread Snowbunny Loaf. 650k. C'mon Tavi, this is stupid. None in SDB. Looks like it is time to wait 4 hours.

What is the criteria to get the "Time for Tea" avvie? Then again, maybe I do not want it. It might trigger bad memories of this awful task.

Jam Spread Snowbunny Loaf...wow, that's even an item? I feel like these quests are going to be like doing kitchen quests...introducing me to items I never even knew existed. Some of them, I end up feeling like they shouldn't exist at all...

No one is entirely sure on the criteria of the avvie yet. A lot of people got it at 17 completed today, but then, people have been reporting getting it with far fewer.

Paid 67k for my 4th quest (no, I have no idea why I bothered, so please don't ask me. I just...did.), had the last item in my SDB.

Finished all five today, got the final achievement, and the avatar (on my thirteenth). So I'm done trying so hard. I'll do them if they're affordable, and start a new one when I'm training or finishing a volunteer shift, but I'm not stressing to get a certain amount per day. Too much work.

I'm 0/5 today. Is it just me, or is she only asking for the expensive items now? I've gotten several repeats. I hope they fix it so Blue can get the final achievement.

I just started training my pet for endurance. She's already at 1240, which is more than 3x her level of 413, but they let me start another course. I guess they round down?

At any rate, I'm continuing to make good progress to that final faerie ability. JN says I'll reach it on ~2/21.

Meanwhile, I'm at 44% for Act II. We still need lucky guess, pet the doglefox, towering defender, and honorary protector of Altador (vs. actual protector of Altador?). We've gotten through seven pages of Tavi's story. Hopefully we'll find out why Baellia was in that cage next, for just enough pages for Blue and others to finish their quest achievements. I'm ready for more challenging BD challengers.

And no more tea! Or camping!

Sorry you had to pay so much, Blue, but compared to the quests I've been getting, you may have actually gotten lucky. And the items in my shop have been dropping precipitously in price, while others have been going back up. Did TNT remove part of the quest pool?

I may get one more try in tonight, but I might fall asleep before then. (Voidworks will either be at the same time or first thing in the morning, if I have time before work).

Meh. I have paid more to complete other things, but Tavi's Tea is just insane. The payback is zilch compared to the cost to complete one quest.

I have been wondering if Tavi has been using special srooms for her tea...

I also am now 100% annoyed at the "annoyed Tavi" image when you time out a quest.
