I'm still alive, mostly. Things have been nonstop at our house. This last month has been more stressful than I expected. Hopefully, I'll be able to keep up with posting this. We'll see.

Quite an exciting day today. Needles galore (dry needling in my neck at physical therapy, plus a hyaluronic acid injection in my right knee), then a flat tire on my way home - thankfully not 40 miles from home, but just before my exit. I managed to make it to my mechanic, which is only a mile from my house. I figure the walk home helped spread the fluid through the joint, and at least it was a nice (and not too cold) day. They got it fixed, and bonus - it was the tire I was going to replace next month anyway! (I ran over road debris kicked into my lane by a truck, hitting my back right tire - so it really was lucky.)
