Heh, I was lucky and won one from a competition here on PPT the last time, so me and a friend of mine got our avvies last year. <3 I don't do the restock thing, so I can't help you here, sorry.

If you're lucky, you can get one out of the free gift bag on the NCMall. I haven't seen them in shops yet... but no doubt, they're there, and I'm too slow to get one! :)
