I don't think opening an Item Ball counts as using an item, you just gain the item that was inside. I assume someone could buy like 6 of them and open them in one round.

You use the Item Ball as soon as it was bought. It does not count.

A mysterious board has appeared somewhere in the battlefield, with every number on it between 1 and 100. Everyone can press 3 buttons per turn (do it on the thread). When the correct number is pressed, something will happen.
