Delivered letters to a group of friends that said, "I know what you did in the washroom last November."
They freaked out. Because they were smoking and started a fire. They confessed because they were afraid someone would kill them. 0.0

Took every umbrella in my classroom and hanged them from the Chinese New Year decorations from 6 months ago.

One day in English class a while back, all of us turned the desks around and left them that way. Then the teacher that teaches in that room in the mornings got really mad.
Last year at Internationals, we put all kinds of random things in the microwaves in our rooms. Quite a few of them caught on fire.
I'm sure there's quite a few things we've done at speech tournaments over the year at different schools. The only thing I can think of is changing some of the names on the postings. They were all names of people from our school, though, so we got away with it.
And, of course, during our after school rehearsals in theatre, we pull quite a few tricks on each other when we should be rehearsing or warming up.
Ok, yeah, I don't pull off the best pranks.

Well, once I smeared glue on one of the gluesticks, after two days, no one touched it, and the glue dried. (It was gluestick glue) ._.

I'm innocent, I haven't done anything ._.
But at my brother's graduation, at different points people tossed up balloons and beach balls. It was so funny.
Except, the school board members and ROTC major didn't think so

The best one:
Several years ago, when my sister and I were going to the same church, the pastor's wife had a sleepover for all of the girls in the youth group. Well, my sister was going to join us, but she had to come late, because she had to work.
At the time, my sister had been reading the Left Behind book series, which is about the people left behind after the rapture (when Jesus is supposed to come back and take all of the Christians to heaven). Well, in the book, the Christians just kinda go poof and disappear, leaving behind all of their clothes and stuff.
We decided to play a prank on my sister. The awesome thing is that the pastor's wife was totally going along with it, she thought it was great. Because we were all sleeping over, we all had spare clothes, so we left those around the living room, positioned so it looked like we'd just disappeared right out of them.
We also left all of our jewelry, plus half-eaten food sitting around, and we put a tape in the VCR that was all staticky and messed up (for effect). Then when we knew she was about to get there, we all went and hid in the basement.
She got there, walked in and when she saw the clothes and stuff, and couldn't find us, she freaked out. She searched the entire house, closets and all, before coming down to the basement. When she finally got down there, she looked like she was about to start crying XD

Well I'm usually not too inclined towards doing stuff like this but:
There's a REALLY annoying girl in our school adn this one time she was spraying her perfume on her right by me so I was getting sprayed. I had asked her to stop and she just told me to shut up. So Then she left the room leaving her perfume behind on the desk.
So naturally I stole it and hid it. To this day she hasn't found it.
And that makes me soooooooooooooooooo happy.

I doodle on my desks all the time....That's about it, though.
Oh, and one time at my school, this boy committed suicide and all of his friends wrote stuff on his locker about how he's an angel now and all that....My friend S-chan and I left a note telling them how rediculous it was that they were using his death as an excuse to miss class (they were), and that people who commit suicide generally go to H-E double hockey sticks.
Someone got mad about it, but they never found out it was us^^

Aaah, not so much now, it was mostly a year 7 thing. Fires, graffiti, whatnot. I still doodle everywhere, but I've left school now.
Once we created this face type thing on a toilet door with a lighter and it ended up being this big "omg there's a face on the door" thing that really scared the ickle year 7s... we were in year 8 at the time.
I once stole something from a teacher's office (we were all there because my friend had been in a fight) and accidentally broke something else in there...

I signed up for one of those things you send to people and it looks a relationship predicter, but it sends you their answers, which are usually their innermost secrets. Other than that, not much along the lines of pranks.

Nope. Except switching the salt pot and the sugar pot around.
Gotta wait till year 13 to play pranks in whole of the school. This year's year 13s put sellotape everywhere, attempting to sell it. And posted a huge price tag on a school wall, selling the school for 10HKD.
Then there was rice on fans...so when you turn the fans on, rice fall down. I had rice on my table -_- (raw rice, of course, else they would refuse to fall). And they raided the staff room, changed some room signs around.
Can't wait

Pranks? Well, the usual prank calls, pretending to be a ghost and scaring my sisters, etc.
I don't approve of vandalism. Destroying/defacing the property of others for your own personal pleasure is not very nice.

Yeah, that's my general opinion. Pranks are great (provided it's within the law), but vandalism never made much sense to me.
The one great prank call I've wanted to do is call a payphone. My friend calls payphones and watches the victim's reactions. It's hilarious to watch.

Does throwing bark and sand around the playgrounds count? That's pretty much all I've done.
