The link above your last post should work... 2mil NP for 52.00 American Dollars. Pft.

i dont see whats so wrong with it... id give up playing neo in a heartbeat if i was offered real world cash for it

the only problem is the scams. Neo should legitimize this as its going to go on anyways. And make some sort of real-life version of the trading post to prevent stealing.

Well, you have to admit that selling neopoints would be okay. I mean, if we could sell 10,00np for a dollar, all of us here would make quite a bit. Some could make well over 500, and I think that's good enough for a game. I would consider it if I could come up with a safe way. Maybe sell them to an internet friend, somehow, at least you can trust each other.

I thought I'd add to this with the silliness I found.

update: up to $21. Insane. Someone wants to pay $21 for something that's free. I hope they get froze. I think the 12 people who have bid on it should be investigated and their current accounts should be froze. Am I being too harsh? This just irks me that people are scamming naive and/or lazy people out of actual cash for this.

Yeah... they used to do that a lot with Runescape. It was funny.
I'd laugh if the stock and auction board became a board for advertising the eBay for their accounts.

Hmmm... good point. Maybe I might quit my real life job, make millions np accounts everyday and sell them on ebay.

Well, that account name "does not exist" anymore on Neopets, which is wierd, since usually it would display that "user is frozen" thing. So... it probably a scam.

Hmm not sure if you spelled it incorrectly, but yes it does still exist. No, it's not frozen yet. With the length of time it takes ENT to read mail, I bet they get away with it.

that the silliest thing I've never heard! C'mon, it's a game! Like people will buy accounts for real money!?!

I looked up the user's Draik, and...
The owner of this Neopet has had their account frozen.
So...they're frozen. And I guess whoever's dumb enough to be bidding on it is only gonna get a frozen account, and nothing else
