I was going to say that, as well, but was afraid someone might laugh. But, it only works with people who are really, really close to me and when they are in trouble/danger or really need me.

That is extremely brave of you to say. *gives you a big hug and a cookie*

Heh, you'd be surprised at how many people think they're psychic.

Thanks. I still feel very nervous and ashamed of this but at the end of the day I'm still a human. Doesn't make me any different.

Oh, I absolutely love Joan of Arcadia! I just wonder how they will do the show when she goes off to college. *feels sad about her and Adam*

Another JoA fan, yay! I can't believe what Adam did to Joan, it's just seems... unlike him. Go Joan fans! :D

OK, fess up, shapu, exactly just what kind of a job do you have where you have to wear a necktie every day of the week? Are you a politician? Or a minister? Or forced to work every day of your life without a day off (there are laws to protect you, you know)?

Or do you just like the feel of being tortured to death by slow hanging?

Or, perhaps you are a necktie salesman?

Call me curious.

I'll be 20 in just under a month, and though I'm excited about my birthday, I don't want any presents on Neopets, nor do I want a birthday thread here.

I've learned to be very grateful and loving of what I've got, even if it's not much or imperfect, because I know what it's like to have so much less, and that there are plenty of people in this world that still have nothing.

Being the youngest child of four, and having a slightly larger age difference between myself and the rest of my siblings than the age differences they have between them (they're all three 2 years apart each, but I'm four years younger than the youngest of them), I've become quite a brat, and I know exactly how to manipulate my dad to get what I want.

I'm only 5'3" and sometimes I have to climb on a chair just to reach stuff on the upper shelves of the kitchen cabinets. I also can't even see what's on the top shelf of my closet. I just throw stuff up there, and then I have to climb onto a chair to see what's up there or to get it down.

I cannot skate, I cannot whistle, I cannot roll my tongue.

I have entire chunks of Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet memorized and I can quote them, including the entire prologue, and a lot of the fight scenes.

I have the entire musical of Evita memorized, thanks to listening to the soundtrack regularly for 9 years.

I listen to a huge variety of music, almost all genres. I couldn't live without music.

I own a lot of shoes, and most of them are leather. I really love leather.

I'm very cheap, I don't like spending large amounts of money on things.
