Fudge. <3 I've never made my own but I have had some good fudge. I have huge sweet tooth and I adore anyone who makes me fudge. :P

I made candy in 4th grade by dropping little drops of water onto a pile of flavored-sweetened gelatin mix. Sugary goodness. :P

There was this recipe to make really quick ice cream that I saw once. The key ingredient was liquid nitrogen. It sounds weird, but that ice cream is supposedly very smooth because since the cream and stuff freeze so fast, there isn't a lot of time for the ice crystals to form, so it's nice and smooth. You're supposed to fold the liquid nitrogen into the other ingredients.

Er...do mini popsicles count? :P All I do is pour some kind of fruit juice into an ice cube tray, put popsicle sticks into the liquid, and freeze it overnight. XD It's great for easy summer relief. (But wow, isn't it the most creative recipe you've ever heard? :P)

The only thing along these lines that I've made is icecream.

I made blood orange ice cream at work one time. Mmmm, it was good <3

I've made spicy icecream, once!

I let some icecream to melt slightly, poured tabasco sauce over it, and then refroze. Then ate it =D

It was nice! Having cold sensations, then burning sensations, then cold, then burning etc. Yummy.

My mom and I cooked brownies once XD. That's about as close as I've gotten to making actual candy.

That's my recipe for homemade chocolate peanut butter cups.

Also, Irish potato candy is very easy to make, and it tastes really good. You just mix some leftover mashed potatoes with a lot of powdered sugar (seriously, potatoes). Mix it into a thick sweet dough, and then roll it out flat, spread it with peanut butter and then roll it up like a jelly roll. Put it in the freezer to set, and then you can slice it and eat it.

I only make sorbets and ice cream with my dad. ^_^
We have an icecream maker, but we do deal with a ton of boiling sugar for the ice cream... syrup-stuff. I've never tried candy, but perhaps I should look into making it, as wll as safety precautions.

I love making stuff.

I think that's how my friends mum makes macaroon bars except she covers the sugary potato in chocolate and little coconut flakes. It's really good.
