I like Lupes more than Gelerts. Gelerts ears are weird :? Lupes look like the more companion type pet than gelerts, and I just like them more, that's all I can say. Also, the Halloween and Mutant Lupes ROCK!

i like lupes because they have cooler colors that they can be painted and have varied poses unlike the gelert who is just recolord over and over and over

Gelerts, but I like lupes now too since they changed them. Gelerts look more puppy-like.

For some reason the Gelerts, I don't like the look of Lupes especially after they were changed.

Both are great and I had one of each on my original account, but I like Lupes better.

I like them both alright--they're not exactly on my "favorite pets" list, but I prefer Lupes just a LITTLE bit more than Gelerts. Lupes are more dog-like, and that kinda appeals to me more, I guess. *shrugs* I've never owned either species, though.
