Well, if the wolves had played their cards right, then there would've been a lower chance of the innocents winning, and I was assuming the wolves weren't making any mistakes and trying to help lower their chances while I was still alive, and I voted for AutumnElf, along with evidence she left on her own with the help of Lass making her look suspicious, but changed my vote to Lass because she was more suspicious and figured some of you would change your vote if you felt that person could really be a wolf. But, obviously, would've gotten both wolves that night.

Also, Scott, I was coming in here to also mention you could start sign ups now so you could get started right away once you had all the roles set.

I realized I could've stayed alive longer.

If I had publically announced that I was the Mystic, then the innocents wouldn't execute me. The shaman could've protected me from the werewolf, and the mafia would want me, so that we could go after the werewolfs.

Ah well, you guys did fine without me. :)

if you were alive only one wolf would have gone down that night and that would be lass...the other one would have been dracolord because of the suspicions on him...and you accused autumnelf because she kept saying she was innocent...but theres nothing wrong with that...i practically said im innocent everytime i posted

you could have stayed alive longer...only if you didnt confess...who cares if you were on the wolf's list that night...you could have made a kill anyway since the mafia gets to attack first, i believe

Yeah, okamoto, confessing was the stupidest thing you could have done, baddies have survived even more dire situations that yours. Ask Scott, I'm sure he'd be more than happy to tell you of his heroic past deeds. ;)

1) Do you feel the commentary group should be kept absolutely silent? Or let them post their theories aloud? (Strictly based on THREAD information)

I don't know...It would be nice to keep dead people involved in the game but I think if this were allowed it would give the innocents a slight advantage over the bad guys.

2) The next games WILL be taking place Every day. Will that pose a problem?

If a few people sign up, then everyday would be fine but if a lot of people sign up, I'd say keep it at every 2 days. (Maybe move it to everyday as the number of people alive decrease, like in this game?)

3) Did you like this voting style? If not.... how come?

I like this way better than the PM way.

4) Any extra notes you want to say?

Many other people have been wanting more roles, but I say no. It would be fun but however there is already the werewolves, mafia, angel, archangel, mystic and shaman. I think more roles would just make the game confusing.

I don't understand your rationale behind this. IMO, the more people there are, the faster the game has to progress, not the other way round, or it'd take weeks for a game to end.

It wasn't the stupidest thing I could've done because people didn't have any suspicions, and those people grab at whatever they can. It was obvious they would've taken a person that 5 dead people found most suspicious and run with it. Even if the innocents could've been deflected, the wolves would've listened to their leader. I couldn't just come out and suspect Lass, then they would've suspected me to be a wolf/mafia and in turn vote for me anyway, so it was the smartest choice on my part to confess and tell them my plan rather to help take out both wolves in one night. I didn't expect them to waste their execution on me and give the wolves a free shot because I don't assume people make such stupid decisions. It was obvious even if they didn't maul me that night to get rid of me the wolves would have eventually had to waste a mauling on me.

And about Scott, even though he wouldn't have confessed, he would've kept me alive.

think of it...your plan didnt work did it? you got executed anyway. And if you dont remember ONLY the commentary was making accusations on you. No one voted for you in the game thread until you confessed. What you should have done is accuse lass instead....

I did think about it. People who have no suspects grab at whatever they can get. Sure the arguement stands that it was possible I wouldn't have died, but I took the risk people could see plan as day that the chances with me were better. I had no reason to believe people would choose to definitely take a loss when the chances with me were better to gain. Why would anyone assume multiple people would make such a foolish choice? The dead people seem to have as much say in who dies as the people alive, and no one decided to make a big deal of me bringing up AutumnElf, so it was apperent I was going to die. It's that simple, I was going to either die at execution, or by mauling within two days. It really shouldn't have been a risk to reveal my role to help the innocents. If I had revealed my role after people started voting for me then they would've automatically assumed I was only trying to save myself instead of preventing the wolves from winning. Revealing my role was the only smart decision I had to take down the wolves in one day. People in here who say it wasn't a good move to reveal even said it would've been smart for them to keep me alive, so even though we don't agree on the revealing of my role, it is still obvious that keeping me alive would've been smart which you didn't do.

Lol, ok, stop ranting about it already, the innocents still managed to win without your help. :P

Sat Oct 30, 2004 2:29 pm

it was a good game. :) the innocents pulled it together the last 2 executions

I wasn't ranting, if someone calls my desicions stupid, then I'm obviously going to defend them with rational explanations. I try to include everything for an explanation so I don't have to say it again. But I usually end up saying things again for people who don't read everything I write.

Ok, sorry, confessing was a smart move on your part, it was the innocents who were stupid. Happy? ;)

That's more like it, haha ;)

Actually, Okomatosan was never really on our list. He was one of the first people to suspect the wolves, so we didn't want to maul him. Otherwise that would've been a major tip-off that someone he suspected was a wolf.
