By locking myself in my room and listen to music for a good while. I try to handle my stress by staying away from people, and not being physically mean. Not that I would because I'm not that type of person.

How do I handle stress? Not well at all.
I really can't control myself. Really. If its bad I can't stop myself. Once, in gym class we were doing hockey and I started trying to slash people with my stick because I was just right over the edge. Then I got kicked out of class and it got worse because of that, and I tipped the desk in the office that you work at. So, I got to talk to the guidence counciller, and I threw my lipglosses at her and attempted to break the chair on her desk and started screaming. It ended in suspension. That is true. I'm reaaaaaally bad when under stress.

I also suck at handling stress...either i eat my heart out until i'm satisfied or i tend to change stress into physical pain...which really isn't good but it's really hard to control because my stress quickly turns into deep depression and i just break down and cave in on myself....it's terrible.

I listen to my music. Normally I crank up Calling All Angels by Train. OH, wait! That's hwen my parents fight! (I got to figure out how to get a scratch on my CD so it'll keep skipping on the lin e 'while private eyes solve marriage lies 'cause we don't talk for years') Normally, I just lay on the bed and let my fan blow on me.

800th post! Go DM, go DM! :)

I make a really complicated sandwich (it's the only cooking I can do :P) and then eat it. Takes my mind right off whatever I'm worried about.

No really, it does!

Why does everyone always laugh when I say that.....

Anyway, I don't get stressed that often which is maybe why my suggestion is awful.

I play the piano. Beethoven's Sonata Pathetique (first movement) is the single best song for de-stressing that I have come across, ever.

I can't agree more. It's almost as if the piece was built for it, in its structure and moods. I play other pieces to relieve stress, since I'm still learning the pathetique. It also helps me to think-to formulate into exact and distinct thoughts what is wrong-and then to rationally plan to make them better. It works for me becuase I usually stress over petty things, though I know that that is not true with everyone.

Not very well...

Actually, I'll usually sing along with a CD and rant on my LiveJournal.

I signed in to my account at 11:03 pm on Mon Jan 05, 2009. My last visit beforehand was Thu Dec 01, 2005 at 10:26 pm. Um....wow.

Lets see, I have different ways:

- blare the music on full
- vent it on a soccer ball
- release the stress by hanging out and relaxing with my mates
- just lying in my room and letting myself calm down

That's the main ones done.

1. I go on an insane rampage.
2. I listen (and sing along) to music, the soother. I mostly like soft music, okay, DON'T MOCK!
3. Cry endlessly.

I handle stress with music, my online weblog, and Photoshop. Either that or I scream into a pillow. XP

I usually either think very angry thoughts about the think/person who is irritating me (very very unkind thoughts) and rant about them silently, or I put it all down on paper. Once, I ranted a whole 8 pages about this *one* time I was EXTREMELY irritated... =\
