The singer was already packing up to go home, though how she would get there he didnt't know, time was crawling now, Toby barely ever experienced 2am. She came over to the depressed looking guy sitting near him and put a slip of paper down on the table, "You said we'd meet again, I like to make sure of it. Here's the names of a few places I'll be singing at over the next couple of weeks if you don't mind." she said walking out the door into the cold night. The depressed guy gave some sort of vague acknowledgement to this but still seemed lost in his own little world. Probably been dumped.
Tobias was feeling vary sleepy now, and he needed to be fresh to some degree for the next morning when his whole routine started up again. He picked up his laptop off the floor and said to the barman "Can I trust that you'll keep this somewhere safe while I'm asleep?"
"Yeah sure, though this place isn't usually that bad buddy."

'Asleep eh? Well, not for long,' thought Axel as he began to observe the young boys movements.
"Just wait," he said softly.
The bartender raised an eyebrow and began to mumur something unaudible. He quickly grabbed the dark labtop and casually slipped it on the bar desk.

((hey, sorry for my long absence... things have gotten sort of crazy. anyway, i'm taking care of Zia, paola's character, fyi))
Zia looked up and down the still-crowded street. "Since we're both doomed to be hobos tonight, why don't you come with me?" Zia suggested.
"Sure," Kylie agreed. "After all, misery likes company."
They walked down the street lamp-lit sidewalk, away from the flashing police lights and excited media folk. Soon, they came upon a bar that still had its lights on.
"Hey, maybe this place'll be open until the buslines open again," Zia commented. "Shall we?"
"Why not."

[OOC: Sorry it so long to post. I had to take care of my sister]
Danny followed Lynn toward the pub. They could hear sirens in the distance. Danny hurryed up, the last place he wanted to be was in prison. He entered the pub, along with Lynn, and they sat down at a table in the far corner.
"Now what?"
Wed Aug 25, 2004 10:26 pm
"Oi, I don't know..." She said. "Looks like a few other people are laying around sleeping though, maybe we can spend the night here and try to think of something. I'll go ask the bar tender when they close." She got up from her chair and walked casually towards the bar, but she stopped before she could get there. Looking to her left, she could see Axel, although she didn't know his name at the time. She stared at him a moment, open-mouthed, then slowly retreated back to the table at which Danny sat. "He-he's...he's... right there!" She said, pointing a finger at the murderer. She wasn't sure if Axel had noticed her yet, but she certainly hoped not.

Axel placed his glass on the desk, leaving it for the bartender to clean.
"How much for a room?" he asked waiting for a response.
"About ten dollars," the bartender replied swiftly, taking Axel's glass.
"I can't afford that," he said coldly, Axel couldn't afford anything.
"Well, you can stay the night free. A goodnight's rest will do you well," the bartender said with a smile.
Axel nodded and rose from the bar, "Where are the rooms located?" he asked.
"Over there," he said pointing in the direction of Danny and Lynn, "Just walk until you see a washroom and on your left will be a staircase. Go up the staircase and walk down the hall to your room, which is the last one on the right,"
"Thank you," Axel replied.
He looked back at Tobias, perhaps tonight wasn't the night to kill--twice in a row. Axel walked on, ignoring Lynn and Danny on his way to his room. He was tired. He needed to rest.

Lynn practically froze when Ammer started walking towards them, but sighed a great relief when he passed them to go up stairs. She took a moment to think and then spoke up. "I'm going to follow him." She said. "Come if you want." And with that, she scooted her chair back and lightly tiptoed up the stairs after the figure.

[OOC: White wolf, the character's name is Axel not Ammer. It's alright though.]
---
Axel slowly walked up the spiral staircase, feeling lightheaded. He slowly walked off the stairs and began walking silently to the end of the hall. He was in dire need of sleep.
Clunk.
Axel stopped in his tracks. Someone was following him. He sensed it. He decided to play with his stalker and began to walk to his room. He arrived at his door and turned the handle ever so gently. He casually walked in the room and shut the door from behind him.
He waited for Lynn to make any sudden movements before he "suprised" her.

Kylie and Zia entered the pub, not long after Danny and Lynn. Catching sight of Tobias slumbering, Zia turned to Kylie with a grin. "Looks like we're going to be able to spend the night here."
"More like the early morning," Kylie quipped, glancing at her watch. "And I could've sworn that I saw that bloke over there at Subway. And--" she turned her head in time to see Axel disappear up the staircase, "--is that the guy who jumped on the car?"
"Where?" Zia asked, too late to see Axel.
"Ahh... never mind," the other girl responded. "Lack of sleep is making my eyes play tricks on me."

[OOC: Ahh, sorry Ammer. Got your un mixed up with your character.]
Lynn poked her head around the corner just in time to see a door finish closing. She held her gaze on the door for several moments, memorizing the room number. She was far too afraid to confront the figure now though, so after embedding the numbers into her mind she headed back downstairs.
Mon Aug 30, 2004 8:37 pm
Danny met Lynn halfway up the stairs. "Did you see the room number?" Danny asked. Lynn nodded and they went back to their table. Danny was scared, he had never been scared before, but he was now. He was scared of the man who could fly, he was scared of the police finding them, and he was scared that he couldn't do anything to help the people that man would undoubtably hurt.
Mon Aug 30, 2004 9:39 pm
Axel sighed in relief, he didn't want too attack while he was tired. That would completely wear him out.
'Well I best make myself comfortable and sleep,' thought Axel as he casually walked past the closet -- throwing his coat in hit, to the nicely setup bed.
It was a wooden bed with two sidetables on it's side. The bed was purely white, not even a slight glimpse of black, blue or even yellow was noticeable. Axel kicked off his shoes and socks and laid quietly on the bed. He reached over to check the time, it was 2:04am, quite late.
Axel began to trail his hand over the right sidetable and felt a small opening. He peered down to it and spotted the Holy Bible. Immediately Axel picked up the bible and through it out a small glass window to the left side of the room. The glass shattered as the Bible made its way through. Axel relieved, laid down on his bed, and closed his eyes.

Lynn nodded, and told Danny the number. "What are we going to do, though?" She asked. She thought about it a moment, but was quickly interrupted by the sound of breaking glass. "Oh no..." She started. "That has to be him..."
Wed Sep 01, 2004 1:58 am
Zia took a quick look back. She was relieved that Kylie was wrong. She wasn't all too excited about seeing that guy again. He was cruel and cold blooded. She wondered how a person could kill...
Shaking the thought she turned to Kylie, "You think they rent rooms? I could defintely use a bed."
((OOC: I'm so out of it >_> Thanks again, ballerina! I really appreciate it [and I'm glad I'm not behind
