I just discovered something today, totally by accident. You can open video files in Animation Shop. When you open the file, it opens each frame seperately, so you can save/copy/edit the screenshots from there. It gives you the option of only opening certain frames (by number), and you should use that, because as each frame is loaded as a seperate image, it can take quite a while to open the file if you try to open too many frames at once.
