Is there a way to check if a site is a cookie grabber?

My sibling went to a site that I suspect is a cookie graber. Is there a utility or something in the website's code I can look for that will tell me if a site is a cookie grabber? Thanks.

As far as I know, no utilities like that exist (mainly because of the difficulty in defining and identifying cookie grabber code).

The best solution is to get someone to look at the source code of the webpage in question and determine whether such a script is present.
