Meh. I'm not sure if I can help you, but The GIMP does take screenies. You can also set it to take a screenshot after a certain amount of time in a certain window. It's kind of a pain to download and install just for screenshots. *shrugs* I'll give you the link anyways.

The Print Screen button never fails me, but you need to copy the picture into something else to be able to use it again.

Try Wink. It is a Tutorial and Presentation creation software, primarily aimed at creating tutorials on how to use software (like a tutor for MS-Word/Excel etc).

Using Wink you can capture screenshots, add explanations boxes, buttons, titles etc and generate a highly effective tutorial for your users.

Windows media player.

Does this work for Windows Me?

Media Player != Windows. Should work if you have the latest version.

Crud, I have 9, last I checked. Would it still count even though I don't have 10, or no?

I'm pretty sure they kept that option throughout the whole 8-9-10 series. :) Should work -- try it.
