New iPod!! It's called the iPod shuffle, and is basicly a little screenless white sick. But cool, right? Comes in 512 mb and 1 gb.

Gah, more iPods/Apple products. >_<
Apart from the fact I hate anything to do with Apple, I wouldn't buy any music device without a screen. I just find a screen necessary.

Look on the apple website at the iPod shuffle page, and tell me why it advises you not to eat the ipod shuffle...

Well, its cheaper than the other ipod products, but like the other ipod products, still hideously overpriced. I bought an Ipod Mini in an Malaysian airport. Duty free+£x7= Cheap technology

Just as long as that's an actual ipod, and not something that just was made in a malasian basement and supposed to look like one.

Very strange piece of equipment we're doing with there, it's basically a very very small, and slightly less equipped G4. And is intended to compete with Microsoft's Media PC which completely flopped. It probably will convert a few XP users though, it comes with a meager 256 RAM, and and upgrade to 1 GB costs 425$ >_<. It does have 40GB, and comes with the iLife Studio, so its not all bad.
The Shuffle just looks dumb, if you're going to buy an iPod, buy and iPod, not a screenless electronic gumpack that looks like it was made just so people could spin the trademark wheel. An iPod mini or photo, if you have the money, would be a much better deal.

Its definetly one, came with the itunes software, and when its connected to the computer, its called 'Pinki the Ipod' on the listy bit. ( I didn't think its name would actually show ¬_¬)

Evilness my mom told me before I knew, I hate apple but her tone of voice said I had a chance of her to buy it and give her my current Mp3 player, but now I know it has no screen, forget it!!!

-makes a noise of general dissent-
If you're going to get an iPod, get one. If you don't need that much space, get a mini. But this is just going a bit far.

Wow, those are a bit TOO small. I'm a bigger fan of the "real" IPods, the kind with screens and such. I wouldn't mind having one of them though, since they're a lot cheaper.

It's a G4, not G5
And I'm sooo gonna buy it, OS X is just to darn sweet!

And so is the mini itself too

I'm gonna plug in 512MB RAM myself, should help it a little bit anyway.
