You might like the Sabriel trilogy by Garth Nix. Also possibly the Seventh Tower series. I second the Chrestomanci book by Diana Wynne Jones as well. Maybe the Wizard series by Diane Duane. Also, the Deltora quest books by Emily Rodda.

Yes, the seventh tower, its awesome! I just read that book last week, it was so interesting! <3 I love it, I love it, I LOVE IT!

Try The Wee Free Men. It's by Terry Pratchett (of course), and it's one of a couple of his books for teens. (At least, I found it in the young adult section of Borders.) I think it's one of the best books in the Discworld series, and there are quite a lot of Discworld books.
