Sometime this afternoon/evening, the daily and weekly items were updated again. It's a little shy of 2 months, but close enough.

The pools are still being added to, but I'm already seeing that the last reflector I wanted to get is in the pool (Ultra Dual Shovel), and the last stamp I need for one album was just confirmed (plus 2 other stamps I still need - one of which if I switched to Neopass and connected to the apps I would already have, but...meh). No neggs I need for my gallery, though, bummer. Maybe next rotation, when we're closer to Festival of Neggs? There's quite a few paint brushes again, plus some more P3s and interesting morphing potions and even a few magical plushies, and some stat boosters (Mano Root Elixir, Snegg, Ferocious Negg - which gives your pet a disease, beware! - and Kaleideonegg - which has color change side effects, beware!)

The daily prizes are decent, too. Stat boosters are: Cooling Balm of the Warrior, Jar of Forest Earth, Power Negg. Chocolate Ice Cream is worth a bit, since it can be combined with a Purple Negg to make a Punegg that is worth a lot more Neggery points. Blue Flower Easter Negg is only worth 2 Neggery points, but Frozen Negg is worth 14! Once again some P2s and P3s.

On the negative side, they added a couple GMC wearables to the dailies which will now be worthless. And a day-of-all-challenges-completed stamp and another Atlas of the Ancients day-of prize were added to the weeklies. And a lot of people are saying they're trolling us by having added the Golden Key Quest Balloon to the daily prizes. (Okay, seriously, though, I have that RIC item and it's not the first RIC item they've added that I have and I'm kinda bummed they put in there, but I do understand why they're doing it, just...sigh. Still lots of mixed feelings on these things, can you tell? )

And of course, I created an Elderly Rock for one of my new pets just yesterday. I mean, at least I already had a spare Rock in my SDB, and the pppb from the Advent Calendar Premium prize, but...now it's in the prize pool, too.

Unfortunately (I think?) I'm 2 days in on a Pink Paint Brush, which makes more sense to just finish rather than skip a day and then skip a second day to start trying for new items, so it's going to be a bit before I can start trying for the new items.

I just finally picked up that white petpet paint brush today, so I'll check out the new prize pool tomorrow. Getting reset twice late in the week twice really hurt my prizes this past pool (plus my horrible luck drawing awful weekly prizes worth less than my daily ones).

Fingers crossed for a decent prize tomorrow!

Edit: and it's a Steel Golem Neoquest Plushie. Ummmmmm... I can't imagine that's going to retain value, and I don't want it. Probably going to skip.

Just picked up the Punchbag Bob (TCG).


Bob is made of cloth sack and straw, and is the perfect sparring partner to test out all your cool Battledome weapons on!

That plushie is supposedly worth 6M right now, but it's in the bottom half of weekly prizes by value and will drop more rapidly than stamps, books, gourmet foods, paintbrushes, p3s, etc., and since it's not something I would like, I'm skipping.

Edit: new prize is a Sasha stamp. Is that one of the ones you need, Pickles?

Thanks Siniri. 1st post fixed. I appear to have a copy/paste issue on my computer. It's weird. Sometimes things copy properly, other times, they do not. Updating the last few splits was... challenging.

This week's prize is a Snailien, which appears to be worth ~5mil, even after the recent 1mil reduction in value, per JN.

Ugh. I fell asleep on Trudy's page, and I don't think I completed all of my daily quests (or other dailies) because I basically worked from 9 am until 10pm today (I went straight from job 1 to the store for much needed groceries even if there weren't a storm coming, and of course didn't get home to scarf down dinner until ten minutes before I had to leave for job 2).

Obviously I don't want to miss out on that stamp. I remember there used to be a note somewhere that there's a way to get the same prize back if you didn't mean to skip day 1. Something about not going to the page at all on day 2, and then it will still be there on day 3, but reset?

I'm like 90% sure I didn't complete them because that was the second thing I had planned (to check) after Trudy. I know I had to stop before I could do most dailies because I couldn't while working today, and I didn't play any games today. I literally woke up at 3:01, just a few minutes too late.

I found it: From JN's page:

Accidental skip? If you don't want your weekly prize to reroll but you accidentally did not complete your daily tasks to get the check for day 1, do not visit the Quest Log page at all the next calendar day, and then come back the day after that and your same weekly prize will be available to make progress towards. Note this may not work if the prize pool changed during that skipped time.

Since I'm 97% certain I did NOT complete my quests on day 1, I'm going to try not to visit the quest log page tomorrow (which will be hard because I automatically check it several times a day). Even if I did actually manage to complete yesterday's, doing this would only reset me to day 1 instead of being on day 3. It's worth potentially losing 2 days of progress when I'm so certain I didn't finish the daily quests and losing out on the amazing prize.

If I skip tomorrow and don't get the same prize Sunday, I'll just have to let JN that that advice is wrong. But it's worth a shot.

I'm trying not to beat myself up too much about this because I needed the sleep, and I was taking care of myself and others* in a serious weather threat. If I somehow can't check in Sunday, then that stamp just wasn't meant to be, and I'll have bigger things going on in my life. It's just a game.

* I was also helping someone deal with a very long boil water advisory in their city, answering their public health concerns about how to keep their family safest (and I think mostly assuaging their anxiety, which is an important part of health, too).

Okay, my next trick is to close the quest log tab from the tab group without accidentally opening it -- which should be easy on my phone. I'll reread that paragraph in the morning when I'm thinking more clearly to make sure I'm doing things right.

Thankfully I'm still so tired despite that adrenaline jolt I can hopefully fall back asleep soon. It helps the snow hasn't started yet (which we all understand because we all have lived places where it's extremely rare).

Edit: managed to close the tab (and Chrome's often-outdated preview showed I didn't finish the daily quests, so I really hope this un-resetting trick works). Now to not accidentally open the quest log tomorrow! Fingers crossed!

It worked! Except I heard six transformers go out in a row fifteen minutes ago. Hopefully I can use my phone to do the quests when I wake up.

Edit: day 1 complete. Phew! So glad someone figured out how to not lose the weekly prize. And that TNT put in that do-over possibility for these kinds of situations.

Collected my Pink Paint Brush today. Hoping for something good tomorrow.

Just as a reminder, pretty much all album items as weeklies have so far dropped down to around 2-3 mil during their rotation, regardless of what they've started at (many of which were much more expensive than the ones for this rotation). I think the only exception was the coconut, which dropped to 6-7mil. The prices will start dropping soon, once people complete there first weeks. The drops we're seeing now are people attempting to panic sell what they already have.

Picked up the Snailien today. When I checked JN immediately after picking it up, it was at 3M. Looking on the TP, there were several at 2M plus a paintbrush or maybe two.

I dumped it quickly on the TP for 2MM and a junk item... Woot! 2MM in the bank! Good timing with the bank boon this week

Sure enough, the "as of now" price history on JN is already down to 2MM... If I think about it, I'll check it again in a week or so when it will be salable in a shop.

I lost a few million NP with that reset, but I have the Sasha stamp on the TP for a reasonable price. We'll see if I get any offers. I was a little creative with my ask, seeing if someone will save me some time hunting down a potion I can use to finally change Rosie to a Kiko.

If I don't get any offers, I'll keep the stamp for myself. No big loss.

I should've gone for the Valentines PPPB that I rolled early on, but I didn't. I rolled a Fleaf today so I'm going for it, even though I already have one in my SDB from something or another. First decent item I've had since the PPPB.
