Festival of Neggs is coming back sooner than later! Wohoo!!

Festival of Neggs News: The Dip and Dye NC Event has officially launched today! While we wait for Festival of Neggs to start, visit Naia at Dip and Dye to add some new colourful items to your inventory! Visit the NC Mall to pick up your 2026 Negg Dying Kits to unlock new prizes! The Negg Hunt will begin on March 30th 2026 at 10 am NST and end on April 13th 2026 (end of day). Day 1 of the event will actually be two days, running through March 31st 2026. The final prizes will be awarded on April 14th 2026, but you can come anytime after the event ends to see them.

Dip and Dye Neggs We're back to doing a "Dip and Dye" this year. This starts March 23rd, a week before the main event. Similar to last year, you don't get a separate NC negg to do something to; they're all available automatically. There are three different neggs you can can buy dye kits for: Cake It Easy Negg Dyeing Kit, Very Berry Strawberry Negg Dyeing Kit, and Negg-Spress Yourself Negg Dyeing Kit. You can buy the kits individually for 650NC 700NC, or all three for 1500NC 1800NC(savings of 450NC 300NC). Eesh prices went up this year. Kits will be available to use until next year's event start, but are only on sale through April 16th, 2026. Alternatively, you can buy a single dye kit that will allow you to get a single prize from your chosen negg. (I believe you're able to pick which item, just not the bonus item.) I've seen spoilers of the NC items and once again the only actual negg-related one is the gift box that is part of the "everything" bonus. Which means it's the only way to get it, since gift boxes aren't possible to trade. Sigh.
I have reasonable hopes, though, that this event will be better than last year. I'm glad they're not having Kari run it, since she's *still* grey. (Really need the plot to finish so we can have things go back to normal!). Anyone want to place bets on what petpet we might discover this year? Or what unreleased ones end up in (inevitably premium) pool? I'm hoping for this one (because it's hilarious), but I could see them doing this one, this one, this one, or this one as there are multiple colors already.
