No, you are not the only one, Siniri. I have a set order for the AC: 1. Collect the prizes first and start the post here, 2. Start the animation and look for the snowglobe and post it here, 3. Find Snowie. 4. Actually watch the animation
Day 31: Snowglobe: Christmas Chia Hand Puppet Snowie: Faeries Fortune Scratchcard
I'm still not sure exactly what happened. But I bought an extra of the negg item for my gallery. Just because. Also. It is animated. It's a NP wearable. That is animated. And super awesome. That is all.
Remember to check Snowie tomorrow, because sometimes they forget to turn off the ability to collect for a few days after.
Snowager: Neggitus Injection (and now I get a Trudy notice. Went back to spin again, but it says I've already spun, but at least I got the notices to go away... Fingers crossed for no reset!) AC: Festive Holiday Toothbrush
Why are the fireworks going off with 5 minutes to spare?! I'll end with the observation I made at the start: they're not really supposed to make sense. If they do, that's a bonus.
Snowie is still sleeping. I got a Red Grundo Keyring today.
Happy new year! Fireworks.
My next door neighbors launched a set of fireworks at around 11, then launched them off from midnight until around 12:30. This morning, we picked up no less than 9 pieces of unexploded fireworks casings in our back yard...with powder still in them. I suspect there are some in our gutters, too. There was enough wind that they were launching from their backyard and they were exploding over our house. I *cough* returned *cough* their trash to their own yard (this is not the first time mess from their parties has ended up in our yard, and I'm really tired of finding their trash in our yard because they don't pick up properly or, you know, launch illegal fireworks). I did not, however, aim for their uncovered-above ground not legal pool, as Mr. P suggested I should. ;p We are hoping there was no damage to our roof or solar panels, or anyone else nearby. One of the fireworks exploded badly, and we watched the wind carry a burning ember down the road behind our house for a considerable distance before we couldn't see it anymore. At least they realized that the tiki torches they had set up less than 6 inches from our fence were probably dangerous (at some point - the wind was VERY strong) and extinguished them. At some point, I may have Mr. P check to see if they burned the other side of the fence. If they did, I'll be pretty miffed, A) because it wasn't safe to begin with and B) because the fence is technically on our property and we paid for it and if they damaged it, just...yeah.
