Fingers crossed the plumber is there now. I'll bring up prorating the rent if it goes beyond today. She's being stubborn about getting a remediation company, so I'm really hoping the plumber recommends it. The two dehumidifiers I borrowed pulled out over two gallons of water last night, so I borrowed a third this morning. A family member works in that and recommended I call my renter's insurance company to pressure them to do the remediation, but since I don't have any damages yet, they won't.

We have water. I'm doing the remediation mostly myself, though they are leaving the hole in the wall open for a few days to help dry things out. Which means my poor cat will be stuck in my room for a few more days yet. She does have a play date tonight with the dog (and cats) that she lived with until I moved, so hopefully she'll get to stretch her legs and tire herself out.

Sell, Blue.... Surely they'll only go down in value. I remember when a new gourmet food was released in Tyrannia, and I won it a few times on the Wheel of Mediocrity. I sold the first one for over 100k, the next a couple of days later for 75k, and now they're basically worthless. Hopefully you'll either win another one or can buy it for less later.

Pickles, are all the prior items possible, or just some of them?

I am assuming all old ones are up for grabs, but probably still have the lower chance of getting a retired, and now the pool is bigger, so...odds just went down even more for a specific retired.

....also, why do they always update the pools RIGHT after I've had my day?

The Space Rock Collection has already dropped on the SW to ~14k (lowest) and ~20k (2nd lowest), but most are around 40k. I'll just say, Meh and toss it in the shop for 39,999. If it sells, it sells. I would normally have just chucked it into my SDB until it was worthless... Meh.
