I am up for the Brutes.

I am having all sorts of problems with this laptop at the moment..sigh.. it is always something. Touchpad doesn't work and the mouse is now not working properly. I am buying a new mouse, but this will be the 3rd one for the year. I have no idea why or how this laptop is breaking the mouse!!

Brutes is good for me, too. Signing up now.

Got some battling in today. Probably won't be getting any more done, though. With Dorian breathing down our necks, I'm going to be busy getting things ready, house clean, laundry done, etc. (I know, house clean seems silly, but who knows if we'll lose power and if so, for how long?) One of my friends wants to go to the parks tomorrow. I'm like, um, no? Too much to do!

Went with wheel boon, too, but most likely won't get much out of it, seeing as I only just now got on Neo today. Spent all day doing laundry, cleaning, and other general hurricane prep. Just. In. Case. Because you know, Dorian can't seem to make up its mind of where to go. Most likely won't get much more than some slightly heavier than usual winds, and a little more rain than usual, but...playing it safe.

Well, my internet is cancelled as of tomorrow (i.e., probably 14 minutes from now), and the new one probably won't get installed until next Thursday, so I doubt I'll get much use from the boon now, either. (Thanks, housemate who left, for waiting until the very last minute to let me know that I would have to install new service instead of just transferring it to my name...) I start travelling on Thursday for six days, and I'll be away from home most of the day Wed. and Thurs., anyway. I just have to remember to use the internet when I'm away. Back to the dark ages!

Stay safe, Pickles. Praying for you and your family and everyone else in the path. (It may affect my travel plans to VA Thursday as well as four of my siblings in VA.)

It seems the bandwagon wheels are falling off this week!!

I didn't battle either. Battling my laptop (it is now overheating), internet issues (still no ugrade to NBN yet), and my lows I get from my health issues, last week was an ordeal.
