I think the bridge has always been there, as well as the Chia statue. I'm not sure about the 'dog house' though, but it probably was.

The only real change that trhe Jelly World from the older maps was an angle change to include actual shops and features (which the orignial map didn't have space for)

They should add more stuff to jelly world, at the moment it's pretty pointless.
