Haha, yeah, it's worth... about 185k right now. It's one of those openable bags that gives other prizes, and it's the newest one, so I guess collectors want whatever's inside. I always just wish for something everyone else does; as soon as I saw those start dropping, I switched to that because newer often means higher value (at least for a while).

Edit: And when I went to take it out of my SDB, I discovered I have two of last year's goodie bags, and they have since been retired (and thus inflated). I guess I'll be holding onto this one, after all...

Of course, it's worth less than 3k...

Got this random event:

A friendly faerie passed by to give you a quest, but you're already on one so she flew away. Oh well. Maybe next time.

...didn't even know I had a quest. No clue when I got one, but apparently I had one!

Gloat: It was a Faerie Queen quest. 23k for 2 levels, 5 hp, and 5 str!

ETA: Gloat! I got ANOTHER Faerie Queen quest today. (This time I saw it!). 8.5k for the 2 levels, 5hp, and 5str! I'll take it!

Gloat: After 2 1/2 years, I finally won NC from Expellibox again. I've been playing it twice a day since Charity Corner ended this year, and was getting a little disheartened. I then proceeded to win two days in a row earlier this month, and then again today!

Gloat: Won AGAIN on Expellibox about a week ago or so (don't remember exactly when).

Gloat 2: When you muddle through updating your stamp checklist and realize that you actually have all the stamps in your SDB to finish an album! Album #5 COMPLETE!

Cry: Said album has no avvie at this time. Ah, well. It's still complete!

Gloat 3: Picked up a gold game trophy in December...and not at the beginning of the month. I had to wait for a score review, but I sat in gold for the rest of the month once I finally got it reviewed. Kinda proud of that one.

Finally managed to play throughout the month!

Edit: got two books from King Hagan, then did a double-take and checked the hs table. As of right now I'm in 3rd place (for gold) with 2 hours until trophies (ish - I don't think they're exactly at midnight anymore). Hopefully it will be good for at least a few days of extra NP. (I actually already have gold; I try to keep him as my sixth or seventh daily, visiting even when quite rushed, since he often gives out R90+ books. Today's were R95 and R98.)

Edit: Decided to try the BTY even though my HS was about 100 lower than the required score. Somehow actually managed to beat the game! Definitely an all time hs. I barely got through the round I usually lose on (I actually thought I ran out of time because I miscounted my clicks and hit it right as the clock wound down), and the rest of the rounds somehow seemed a smidge easier.
