Thats a nice petpage.I understand how hard it is to gather data and make a chart like that.professorelite wrote:Duke of Earl wrote:I certainly hope (and seriously doubt) that you have more than four data points per codestone for that graph.... Well, don't see you helping any... it takes time to sample data, especially because that chart in particular is merely a part of a larger sampling of items. I've been getting data on other items as well and that take a lot of time. To sample data for each of those four points took over half an hour apiece. Plus, that chart was not going for details. It was meant for seeing the movement of the economy as a whole. The detailed chart, which focuses on the Eo Codestone, is on Chiasnite's petpage.

I do not see why you say the all codestones chart is irrelevant. Do you have more accurate data besides for that you "feel" the prices are going down? This is the only actual statistic we have on general codestone prices. Unless you have day by day data that you can share, which I seriously doubt, your comment is the one thats ridiculously irrelevant.

Didn't TNT start freezing restockers in a mass in the last couple of months? Maybe...

Why would they do that ?

The difference is the # of codestones given out by random events and tombola is most likely almost equal to the number used each day in the training and making of red codestones. I'm sure the number of codestones in the population stays relitivly constant. An event that suddenly causes this balance to become disproportionate will either lower or raise the prices of codestones within the population depending on whether there is an increase or a decrease. War and Lenny Conundrum are two times when the prices go haywire.mercurius wrote:cool idea. 250 might just be a small drop in the bucket compared to the hundreds they give out each day due to random events and tombola.
