I Have Norton Antivirus so neopets doesn't work anymore!!!:x

It always says i have been directed from the wrong place because of security settings and everything. I used to get on all the time but i just recently got norton so now i cant! I posted this eariler, and someone told me a website to go to:

and it said how to fix it. And so i did. At first it didn't work, but then somehow it did! But now it doesnt work again. I always go back and do what that said, but its already fixed. So i don't know what in the world im supposed to do to make it work! Does anyone else have theis problem?

I used to have that problem (one of the reasons I switched to McAfee).

Sometimes rebooting would work. Also make sure that the firewall is turned OFF (at least when you're on Neo).

Any other suggestions anyone?

Turn off fire wall ... and make sure it not a restricted site ...

that happens to me too. I just turn it off when i'm on neopets
