I don't think any do. However, if you go and open your .psd image in Photoshop, you can go to File...Save for Web...and then Save. You can choose to save it as a .gif, or any other web friendly extension. (And then from there, you can select pretty much any image host you want.)
I'm assuming this is for your signature, right? And, sorry if you already knew this or if it doesn't help.

why would you want to? If you want to for transparency or something, you can use gif's. If you want to give it to other people, I think it would be far easier to just email it than to find a host x)

Jaye, you could use it for online tutorials and you want to showcase your finished file
Besides, gif loweres quality and doesn't save all transparancy... (eg. pixels that are 50% transparant)

.png is good for transparency, but only people using Mozilla can see it.
YouSendIt should be able to host them. Also, I believe that 250Free and T35.net both support them.
