Personally, I have one word for Sony on the PSP: N-GAGE!!! And it's just around the corner!
why do you keep using that right around the corner thing? i saw it when the guy used it on vh1

If PSPs and PS2 have differnet disks, and Sony uses that as a marketing gimik (An example being that you need to play the GBA game kingdom Hearts: Chain of memories before playing the PS2 game Kingdom Hearts 2); I may well never buy anything related to gaming again in my life.
That would be the final straw, Consumer strikeI say!

The psp used tiny paper thin discs, i personally think the psp is crap, i'd break the disc within the first 5 hours of game play, it aint coming any time before my school years starts, and there is no way I can make #300 dollars without using it all on manga and anime DVDs...and they ain't putting anything KH related on it...i say scrap that idead and wait for the next system that you can actually hug like a teddy bear...

Another thing is you need headphones for it. This isn't bad, but I hear replacement headphones are going to be up to $8. Plus, it looks like the PSP won't copy GC's connectivity, so there goes some fun.

The PSP is a portable PS2, so unless you love your PS2 so much you want to take it everywhere with you there's not much point buying a PSP as they are going to be fairly pricey. The PSP definitely won't replace the PS2, its Sony's attempt at taking over from the GameBoy franchise.
