i'm almost level 56 SMN and i don't have my evoker's pigaches. i only have kukulacan's staff, evoker's spats, doublet, and bracers for SMN and for WHM i have blessed hammer, and healer's item

Still trying to update and i hate the wait, lol

you don't have to do the avatar solo battle when it comes to your level 6 fame to all cities.

here are the requirements for the quest

Fame Required: level 6 to all cities including tenshodo aka norg.
Job Level: 65-75 (below 65-75s are welcomed)
When to do it or when to join?: assemble a party for those that are interested in doing it also for ramuh, titan, garuda, and shiva SMNs may have to join for their Artifact quests after the battle.
