It is not out for the Xbox yet, it is only out for the PC.

well i have the game, but it turned out boring. you gotta fight some notorius pirates, find treasure and your lost ancestors, and marry to the governor's daughter (or dance). i dunno. the best ship is the fast galleon or flagship galleo. i forgot which ship is the best one.

I own it now, it is awesome! I love it, and the best ship is the Ship of The Line.
