I think the fact that your able to move your arm enough to take the test gives you a whole bunch of points. Mine was surprisingly high as well. :P

The problem with these sorts of tests is that they assume that everyone needs spiritual fulfillment. I'm an atheist, thanks, and this spiritual stuff isn't for me. Same goes for romance - I really don't want to be in love.

There are many atheists though who are spiritual despite their lack of belief in God. I think that spirit in this case, more has to do with your inner self sort of. That's just my assumption though.

Yes, it doesn't have much to do with actual religion, but the balance of your inner self... or something like that.

I'm an agnostic, and my spirit rating was still quite high. So i'm not sure how much being an athiest goes against you. *shrug*

Thats a bit stupid, those pillocks are saying your spirit is better if you believe in god or witches? I'm going to go curse to myself elsewhere!

I'm agnostic too, and I got a 5. Maybe it all has to do with the fact that we don't know if there is a god, while Atheists believe that there is no god, so maybe the test thinks that we somehow get more spiritual fulfillment?

Or spiritual delusion? A nihilist doesnt have to be sad...

I'm actually quite surprised on the Friends/Family. My family is a bit rubbish, but I have brilliant friends. Still, it's great. I have to say this is probably bang on.

I got an 8.6. So quite frankly the test couldn't simply be marking on one single question. Because I ranked high in that area.

I think the tests are different for everyone... it depends on what you click on the first page. I had problems asking me about my occupation and my sister had a problem asking her if she was bothered about not having a job; and I had a problem that asked me if I was comfortable with my sexual orientation and all that.

I got 8.6 on spirit too, and I'm agnostic, so I don't think it's religiously based. I think it's based on how optimistic you are, how well you can cope with things.... self esteem... or something like that.

I have a feeling being an atheist and an only child counted against my score and that kinda makes me angry since I don't consider those things negative. Funny enough, my spirit score isn't as low as I thought it would be even though I'm one of the least spiritual people I know. At least I have a sense of what the person made this quiz is like even though I find this quiz highly innaccurate and slightly offensive.

But I have to agree with the comment someone made about needing spiritual fulfillment. I find no need for it. But somehow, the test thinks I do and have it. Way to be wrong. And to another comment someone made about how that one question about religion was obviously not the be all and end all of the spirit metre: it was still considered, which, in itself, is offensive. It shouldn't matter.
