Methinks if you're going for a formal one, the pouty would look better.

I always think smiley bus passes/id cards are best, so that.
Unfortunately, Passports now require 'a neutral expression', so it's compulsory to look mopey on them,

the puty one looks better in my opinion...

True, stupid new rules and regulations... I do like the picture where you're smiling more Twinkle, but I guess that's an opinion you'll have to forget about
Oh and Jaye, the reflection is so strange because she has a blue and a brown eye, so the reflection from the iris is different (red reflection from the blue eye, blue reflection from the brown eye).

Ok I didnt notice until you mentioned it, but that is REALLY REALLY FREAKY! Why is one blue and one red, and why are they so.. bright? Its just sooo.. unnatural.
