Can Anyone Help Me?

Someone donated to my fund on Neopets and I want to thank them, but they're from Hong Kong and I cannot find ANY translators or Cantonese or Mandarin. Does any speak either one and maybe translate what I was wanting to say to him? Japanese is my forte, not Cantonese or Mandarin!

I've encountered Chinese translators before, but they only translate English into characters (kanji) and not a romanticised dialect. Since he's from Hong Kong, he probably speaks Cantonese. There's also a good possibility that he speaks English, since Hong Kong was a British territory until the last decade.

I noticed that his shop and it's description was in kanji, but I wasn't sure which one. Unfortunetly, I lost his username. So, anyone can lock this now unless I find it.

Kanji knows no dialect. Kanji is kanji.
