Might it be a pet ant, or a blue whale.

I would have a lion, or a bear, or a wolf. All cool animals to me.=D

Actual animals? No fantasy ones?
Well right now... I'd love to have a pet donkey!
They are just the cutest things and I love that noise they make heh.
I'd also love to have a huge huskie wolf.

To add onto the 2 I've already said...
I'd love to have a griffon as a pet! One large and strong enough to fly me around! WHEEE
Would love to have a dragon as a pet. A huge one. Well maybe not a pet but more of a companion/friend sorta deal since it would be an intelligent wise dragon! heh

Hmmm... probably just a white tiger or some sort of snake, those would be cool. I know its possible to get pet snakes however I've also heard that unless you honestly know everything about snakes, particularly eating habits and such you can be doing the animal more harm than good in taking it in plus I don't think my Mum would take it well. A white dragon. *coughnallfromlunargamescough* Fire and ices ones are too dangerous for my home. 
Of course, it has to be young. I don't think my house can hold a full grown one.
Or maybe the legendary unicorn white wolf. A mix from two of my favorites animals.
Or...or....a dolphin. *is not influenced by the fact she just played Ecco on dreamcast*

It would have to be one of my favorite animals, a kangaroo (actually a wallaby would work better), armadillo, husky or wolf, or some sort of fox. ^_^
