Size: Just leave it the same size without resizing it, since it's not for PPT.
The Avatar should say 'Ashure Azure' and on the Sig it should say 'Ashure Azure' with a subtext of 'Know Him Personally, Love Him Intimately, Live Life Exuberantly."
Regarding your previous question, you can do anything you want with the picture, but you don't have to resize it to fit PPT dimensions, since it's for somewhere else.
