I've improved a bit, so I'd like to take a few requests. 
Rules:
1. Please be patient.
2. I have the right to reject your request if I don't feel comfortable doing it.
3. Please be nice.
4. Credit would be nice, but if you can't fit it into your signature that's okay, just don't claim you made it.
5. Please say,"Mi Morena" in your post so I know you read these.
6. I'm still new to everything, so I can't do very hard things.
7. Please don't request with anything too graphic.
8. And of course all other rules set by the Yoshi and Marissa apply.

I used Adobe Photoshop Elements and GIF Movie Gear to make my blinkies. Paint can be used instead of Adobe, it just takes longer. You can probably find further instructions by searching on Google or something.
