I NEED HELP

I know this isn't a request but I've been trying for hours to put a banner in the siginature box of my profile and it won't let me!!!
Can someone please explain to me exactly how to do it?
I have my own URL and I've tried everything I can possibly think of.
I'm begging. Help me. Please?

Put the url between the [img] tags like this:

That's been done....I made the banner, and we've tried everything we can think of. I tried using it for my own signature and it worked fine, but it won't show up as Storm's.
