color(optional): Whatever you feel would be most effective and appealing.
other: Whatever effects you think would make the set better, if any, if not too time consuming, and a font style that sticks out, but not too much, if you have such a font or can download one, if it isn't too much trouble.
I like small signatures. For a general idea of my preference, the signature I'm using on another forum right now is 290x75. I don't really care about the size of the avatar, though. 80x80 or 100x100 is fine with me. Whichever you feel fits best with the set.
Edit -- What do you mean by MIA? Made in Asia?

Or will darkness reign? (just flash between all of those in the order they are in, and if you can't do flash, just blades will bleed)
