Extreme Herder is a game worth playing, regardless of whether you are a newbie or an old hand at Neopets; it not only gives you lots of neopoints, but it is a game which does not require any particular skill or talent to excel at. To play the game, you have to move a blue Kacheek named Samrin around the screen using your arrow keys to get his petpets to safety before Balthazar gets to them and eats them. You have three lives, and you lose one of them when either Samrin or a petpet gets eaten. I have played this game many a time, and have gradually gained experience at it. This game, if played with experience, can get you 1000 to 2500 neopoints every day. If you are playing Extreme Herder for the first time, this guide will soon enable you to become relatively efficient at the game.

It helps a lot if you try to start with the kacheek near the left side of the screen so you can save the animals closest to Bathazar. It also helps if you can get to the snowflake it helps with animals close to him. – Lttlhottie4life

First of all, you must know what you’re doing. You have to try and get all of the petpets to safety in the field in the middle of the screen. The snowflakes and orange speed orbs.. well get the snowflakes and if they’re in your way, the orbs, as the orbs don’t do much, even when they speed you up, they don’t speed you up much.

The basic idea behind this game is that Balthazar wants to eat all of the petpets in a field where you, a brave blue kacheek, are the shepherd. It’s your job to pick up the petpets one by one, dropping them into a pen in the center as you go. The first few levels are downright simple, and you should have no trouble passing them and getting your two bonuses, one for saving the petpet with a gold star on its back and the other for saving all of the petpets. Although you won’t need to use them extensively in these first levels, no doubt you’ve also noticed the yellow ball and the snowflake that bob around the level, and u probably know what they do if you’ve read the instructions. The only real tactic to use in the early levels is to get the snowflake anytime it’s near you and generally just be quick around the paddock while you still have 4 places where you can put the petpets into the central area.

A new game was recently released by Neopets that just might be one of the best neopoint making games around. Even a novice player can usually manage a cool 400 neopoints from this game every sitting. While the pros can make 800+ neopoints a game. This guide is made to try and help you get the highest score possible.

Now to clear something up I am not an expert player at the game but I am an above average player. Now then as a summary the point of the game is to simply get all of your PetPets into a enclosed fence area. Sounds simple enough right? Wrong! Unfortunately Balthazar the Faerie Bounty Hunter has had a tough day and is feeling a bit hungry! What does this mean for you? Balthazar if you get close enough will eat YOU or any PetPet that gets in it’s way. When this happens you lose a life. After three lives your game ends.
