Neopets Mobile was a mobile phone game granting access to Neopets using your Cingular cell phone. You could play special games, check on your Neopet, and access Lutari Island, available to no one outside on Neopets Mobile. It costed $2.99USD a month to Cingular subscribers.

Lutari Talisman
The Lutari Talisman is a trophy that every user has on their User Lookup. However, clicking any user's Lutari Talisman directs you back to your own, so it is impossible to see how many beads a user had collected. It consists of feathers and beads in a design that is similar to a dream catcher. Beads could be collected by referring members to the Neopets Mobile offer. The exact benefits of collecting all of the beads is unknown, however some users have claimed increased random events and occasional neopoint increases in games after completing their talisman.

- Neopets Mobile could be placed on T-Mobile phones from December 4, 2006 on.
- On January 24, 2007, Neopets Mobile added support for Singtel phones.
- Neopets Mobile service was discontinued permanently on June 30th 2009.
