Old Man Withers is a Quiggle who was the president of the Herbalism, Mining, Underwater Basket Weaving, Engineering, Alchemy, and Dance Club in Altador. Tried to take over the Astronomy Club, the only club in the Archives which had any members.

- The name "Old Man Withers" is a direct reference to Scooby Doo, made even more obvious when he said "And I would have gotten away with it, too, if it weren't for you darn kids!" after getting caught.
