Leeroy is the Quiggle host of the Coconut Shy game. Like all carnies at the Deserted Fairgrounds, he rigs his game, making it very hard to win.

After locating the locket in the burned house, players had to play at the Coconut Shy before Leeroy would tell them what he knew about it.
